Transformation of a soulless 170-bed hotel into 302 fully-furnished studio-style bedrooms, with a breadth of shared spaces, geared towards community, comfort, and creativity.
The bedrooms were themed around the elements, connecting guests to the natural world.
Amenities included a communal kitchen and dining room, no-alcohol botanical elixir bar, recording and podcast studio, and a wild spa with saunas, ice baths, tipi, and kitchen garden.
The elixir bar was designed to reflect the emphasis on botanical remedies and natural produce.

The white plastic tops on the old restaurant tables were replaced with sustainable wood bought from local London councils.
